Welcome, it is an honor for me to welcome you to our website. If you have a minute, I would love to use this opportunity to tell you about what’s behind the company and where we are heading.

I am surrounded by an extraordinary, dedicated and competent team who impress me every day and who allow my company to offer world-class service and solutions. Also, I really like SMEs and the field of information and web technologies, I devoted my entire career to it before creating my company.

DCI stand for (Desjardins Consultants Internet), this is our commercial name and 9443-7423 Québec Inc. is our legal business name.

After my studies in computer science at the Quebec Institute of Computer Science (private college), programmer-analyst, I started working in IT sales and discovered that sales processes involved a ton of manual tasks – like sending emails and follow-ups to prospects and clients – and was pretty time-consuming. I decided to create my company to help small businesses with this and so DCI was born.

Today, at DCI we offer a marketing platform that makes it easier and more effective to communicate with existing and new customers. And with the advance in AI technologies, we are aiming to automate this process as much as possible, while keeping it very personal.

Being a small business ourself, we prioritize quality over quantity and strive to preserve the startup culture, no matter our scale. Our goal is to build a great company where we love to work, with outstanding products that customers adore, and constant innovation that drives the industry forward.

Throughout my career, I have seen good and bad IT providers.
